South Africa pavilion at the Vakantiebeurs
At Vakantiebeurs 2012 there will be a new South Africa pavilion. In collaboration with a professional stand builder, will construct a pavilion where visitors can experience South Africa.

Special exposure
The South Africa pavilion will also be promoted online, which may well make participation even more interesting. We maintain contact with consumers 365 days a year by means of:

  • B2B e-mail newsletters (120,000 addresses),
  • B2C e-mail newsletters (180,000 addresses),
  • attention to the South Africa pavilion on the consumer and trade-fair visitors’ websites
    press releases for the Dutch market.

 

South Africa pavilion package
Each stand is 3 x 2 meter. Each exhibitor has access to:

  • stand of 6m² (3 x 2 meter)
  • height walls stand 250 cm (upholstered black walls)
  • 1 x graphic (1m x 1m)
  • 1 counter (lockable, white)
  • 2 bar stools (white)
  • 1 wastebasket
  • 1 brochure rack for A4 brochures
  • company name on back wall stand (white)
  • storage space of 1x1 m
  • carpeting in stand, black 
  • 3 kW electrical connection including a double 2-poled earthed socket and power consumption
  • 6 spots per 4 stand
  • daily cleaning of stand

 

Basic package, including:

  • listing in (digital) catalogue
  • listing of company name on exhibition website vakantiebeurs.nl
  • kick off meeting for Dutch speaking exhibitors
  • publicity and media campaign
  • use of digital press room
  • market research/visitor research
  • administration costs

  • For direct exhibitors only: 20% discount on the entire range of products at Jaarbeurs Catering outlets (Moments, Great…)
