Costs per m² during early booking period (till 30 June 2012)

Costs per m² during normal booking period (before 15 December 2012)

Volume discount
With a location larger than 80 m² you will receive a discount of € 10.- per m² for all extra m2 above 80 m².
Costs for basic package (registration costs)
The costs for a basic package are € 300.-. This includes:
- Digital invitations
- Listing in (digital) catalogue
- Listing of company name on exhibition website www.vakantiebeurs.nl
- Use of digital press room
- Exhibition Academy for exhibitors
- Publicity and media campaign
- Free Vakantiebeurs promotion material
- Market research into visitors interest and willingness to invest
- Administration costs
- For direct exhibitors only: 20% discount on the entire range of products at Jaarbeurs Catering outlets (Moments, Great…)
