Tradedays - What’s new in 2018…

 

B2B-zone & Trade Units: New this year a completely separate B2b-area in hall 9 during the Trade days. Only accesible for trade visitors and exhibitors, a tranquil place to schedule meetings or work on the free wifi. We also offer the possibility to book special Trade units and tables within this B2B-area for companies only interested in the Trade days.

Matchmaking: for the 2018 edition we will launch a Matchmaking tool for exhibitors and trade-vistitors in order to further increase and enhance the networking facilities.

Vakantiebeurs Networking Cocktail: On Tuesday the 9th after closure of the first trade, we will organise a big Networking Cocktail in the Experience hall (hal 9) from 18.00 till 21.00 hours. Please come an join your trade colleagues for a unique networking moment in a relaxed atmosphere!

Theatre-domes: Theaters complete with AV-means, available for trade-partners to rent for get2gethers and (press)events on Tuesday the 9th.



Consumer days - What’s new in 2018…

Theaters on the floor: modern semi-closed tent domes positioned in various halls. Here you can book time-slots to do product or destination presentations. A Unique posssibility to educate consumers and showcase your destinations unique selling points! Also available to rent during trade days to host press-conferences or b2b get-togethers.

Experience hall (hall 9): a new initiative to enhance the total holiday and travel experience on the fair. An inspirational zone with a large Travel theater, Virtual reality-square, Beach café, Dive-tank, Foodtrucks, Ibiza market, Fashion shows and Cooking & Camera workshops.

Urban Terras: A new zone with a city themed terrace in hall 7. This is where consumers can find urban foodtrucks, the city consults of Time to Momo-editors and bloggers, a theater dome and organisations with a focus on city-trips and excursions.

Active, Walking & Biking Holidays Hall: hall 11 will be completely designed as a walking and biking themed zone with bike testing trail, green picknick-zone with a outdoor festival atmosphere. In this hall exbitors with active holidays, and “green” destinations with a focus or niche on active holidays like Germany, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia will present themselves. Etc.

Night at the Vakantiebeurs
The evening opening has moved to the Saturday as consumers gave us feedback that it would fit their schedules better. New is the fact that the complete fair (stands/exhbitors) will be open till 20.00. But from 20.00 onwards we will keep the Experience hall (hall 9) open en there we will have a complete evening program til 22.00 hours with activities, food , drinks and live entertainment! This way we are sure we will keep visitors on the fair longer and this way we will be able to maximize the visitor presence on the fair for the exibitors.

Vakantiebeurs Travelguide - Magazine:
New! Vakantiebeurs presents an improved fair magazine completelty designed in the style of a travel guide booklet. The floorplan will be integrated, as well as the activities, program and food spots. On top of that there is the option for exhibitors to showcase their products and destinations in advertorials, advertisments throughout the booklet (60.000 copies).
