VNU Exhibitions has developed a system that offers you, a Vakantiebeurs exhibitor, a convenient and rapid means of submitting your company and product details for your (digital) listing in the catalogue: Catalogue Register.

The details you submit will be used for 3 purposes:

• The digital catalogue on the website: visitors will use a search function to consult your details
• The floor plan: your details will be used to prepare the alphabetical list of exhibitors accompanying the floor plan. The floor plans will be distributed at the entrances to the trade fair and displayed on large posters at a variety of locations in the halls.
• Digital press room: your press information will be transmitted directly to VNU Exhibitions’ digital press room.

 

Go to the Catalogue Register here to fill in your information . You will need a login name and password to log in to the Catalogue Register system. You will receive these with the conformation of your reservation of a stand starting from the beginning of september.

Deadline for completion
Please submit your details by no later than 20 November 2010 for inclusion in the list of exhibitors accompanying the floor plan.

Co-exhibitors
If you wish to register co-exhibitors, you can do that by filling in a form made in MS Excel. The co-exhibitors will also be listed in the digital catalogue. Take Note: Please only use this excel-sheet in the specified format. Please let us know who your co-exhibitors are before November 20th! Only then we can provide a record of their own in the catalogue online and in the program booklet!

Instructions to register your co-exhibitors and indirect participants:

There are two options to register co-exhibitors and indirect participants:
 
1. You have been participant of the Vakantiebeurs in 2010 and you had co-exhibitors.

Soon you will receive a form with all data of your co-exhibitors from last year. In this form you can change the data or remove co-exhibitors. You can also change the general information of the co-exhibitors in a separate column.

When you had co-exhibitors in 2010 and would like to register new co-exhibitors for 2011, you can register this with an extra form send to you together with the above mentioned form.

After receiving the information of your co-exhibitors, you will receive the login code(s) for Catalogue Register for your co-exhibitors. From this moment, you can enter company details from your co-exhibitors (or let them enter the details themselves) in the on-line catalogue system.

2. You have been participant of the Vakantiebeurs 2010 and you did not have co-exhibitors before.
To register new co-exhibitors download the Excel form at the end of this page. Please save the file under the name: yourcompanynamerelationcode (for example: Johnson304304). Your relationcode is the same as your login code. Sent your file by email to saskia.pieck@vnuexhibitions.com
