We like to point out the rules of Jaarbeurs Utrecht to remove garbage. Every exhibitor is responsible for the removal of his own garbage/brochures. You can hire a dumpster for your garbage at the Expopoint of Jaarbeurs Utrecht, this can be done with the Exhibitors’ Manual. At the end of the exhibition and during break down days all materials and garbage left behind at the stand will be removed or storaged by Jaarbeurs Utrecht on account of and for the own risk of the exhibitor. You can also contact the Expopoint, located in the corridor between Hall 1 and 2.
Break down of stands or transportation of materials is possible from 18.00 hours on Sunday
16 January 2011, directly after closing time of Vakantiebeurs, not before. Stands ordered by the comfort packages must be empty on Sunday 16 January 2011. You can dismantle your stand until 24.00 hours. The exhibition floor and stand must be empty and free of tape and other construction materials.
Please make sure you are well insured. You have to take care for the insurance yourself. VNU Exhibitions Europe is not responsible for any damage or theft at the properties of the exhibitors. For advice in this you can contact the Expopoint of Jaarbeurs Utrecht.
