4.2 Services Jaarbeurs Utrecht / Expopoint

In association with several concessionaires Jaarbeurs Utrecht offers those who participate in its exhibitions, congresses and events a number of facilities. You will receive the letter concerning the digital “Exhibitor’s Manual”, with a password and the instructions. The Expopoint is situated in the Corridor between Hall 1 and 2 and takes care of the following services: Litter Processing, Stand security, Electrical Connections, Lighting Cable Television, Telecommunications, Kitchen Covering, Water Connections, Parking Tickets and Compressed Air. 4.3 Parking vouchers

Participants can order parking vouchers for their stand teams (as indicated in the special technical regulations). A parking voucher is a special offer for participants and gives access to the parking space during the entire exhibition period. Parking vouchers can be ordered through the Exhibitors Manual.

 

4.4 Sending post packages to Jaarbeurs Utrecht

The Post & Repro department of Jaarbeurs Utrecht also delivers packages that are delivered by courier, to the stand. The packages are delivered from the first exhibition day.

 

When a package (for example your brochures for your stand) is delivered to the Post & Repro department of Jaarbeurs Utrecht, the following specifications apply:

  • Jaarbeurs Utrecht only accepts separate packages up to 25 kg that are delivered by TPG Post or couriers.

  • Pallet transport is not possible

  • Jaarbeurs Utrecht will not accept shipments that are sent cash on delivery, or that must be paid for immediately.

  • Reception, registration and delivery to the stand is charged at €10.00 excluding VAT. Every additional package that is delivered during the exhibition period for the same exhibitor, is charged at €5.00 excluding VAT.

  • From the first exhibition day, the packages are delivered to the stand. It is also possible to collect the packages from the Post & Repro department located at the end of Hall 7.

  • When the exhibitor receives the package(s), he/ she signs a delivery slip for invoicing and to show that he/she approves the delivered good. Both the exhibitor and Jaarbeurs Utrecht receive a copy. If the exhibitor does not sign, the package will be returned to the sender unfranked.
