During set up and break down days p articipants must be able to show a service card. Depending on the surface area of the stand participants receive a number of free service cards. If you want to order more service cards, please use this order form.
Your employees and extra exhibition personnel must have a personal exhibitor’s wristband in order to access the trade show. These wristbands are day specific and can be scanned only ones a day. The exhibitors' wristbands are only valid on the trade show days. During the building and dismantling periods, only the passes issued for building and dismantling are valid (these are not valid during the trade show).
You will receive a certain number of exhibitors’ wristbands, depending on the size of your stand. Extra wristbands cost € 7,- per pass excl. VAT. You can order via this form.
If you need an extra exhibitor’s wristbands during the trade show itself, you can buy this for € 7 at the cash desks or at the organisational office on the forecourt in hall 2. We kindly ask you to ensure that all your employees are provided with an exhibitor's wristband. For security reasons, they will not be able to access the trade show without this wristband, even before the show commences.
Regular customers are often your best ambassadors. At the beginning of November 2010 we will send you a publicity package. In this package you will find the trade visitors cards, discount cards, invitation cards and posters for Vakantiebeurs 2010. If you would like to order more tickets and publicity materials, please do this before 15 December 2010.
Registration facilities on the Internet will enable the trade visitor to gain maximum benefit from their visit to the Vakantiebeurs. All they need to do is surf to www.vakantiebeurs.nl, press the registration button and enter the registration code printed on the front of this card, and enter their particulars.
When you want to invite business associates to visit the Vakantiebeurs for free, you can apply for the invitation cards for the trade day. You will receive 50 invitation cards for the trade day. If you would like to have more tickets, please order this before 15 December 2009 for free. Invitations for trade visitors can be ordered by this form. This invitation card has been developed to enable you to treat your most valued customers to a free visit to Vakantiebeurs (from 12 until 15 January 2011). You will receive 5 invitations automatically and if you would like to have more, please let us know before 15 December 2010. The price for extra invitation cards is € 7,50 (VAT not included) per used card. Invitations for consumers can be ordered by the form on this page. Only the used cards of customers will be invoiced.
Link & Earn – Take note!! NEW
Place the registration link on your website and invite consumers to use the link to buy tickets and visit the trade show. You will earn € 2 for every person who visits the show as a result of this link! We can monitor this because the registration link has a unique, personal code. Once the trade show is over, we will provide you with a number and you can send us an invoice. Put the link on your site, publicise it and earn yourself a nice surprise after the trade show!
Visitors have the possibility to book tickets in advance. They surf to www.vakantiebeurs.nl, go to the special “booking in advance”-button and fill in the order form. The consumer then receive a discount of € 5,- (they pay € 12,50 instead of € 17,50) and can pay by credit card or Ideal. When the payment is approved they receive an email with a bar-code, this email confirmation also serves as their admission card. Consumers can also order a ticket during the fair on the website for € 15,- this is a discount of € 2,50. Obviously it is also possible to buy a ticket in presale via www.anwb.nl or at one of the ANWB-offices.
