How to reach
The Vakantiebeurs takes place at the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht. The best way to get to the Jaarbeurs is by public transport. Due to building construction, the P1 and P3 lots are no longer available. Do you still want to park? Then use P4 or the P+R lots in the area.
Parking at Jaarbeurs
By car to a P+R
If you prefer to come by car, choose a P+R with a bus or streetcar connection.
From the highway follow the signs P+R and park your car for only €6,- at one of the four P+R parking lots in Utrecht.
With a combi ticket you travel together with a maximum of 5 colleagues from the parking lot to the Jaarbeurs. This way you travel cheap together! A combi ticket is available at the pay machine of the parking lot.

By car
By car you can drive all the way up to the complex. Instructions to Jaarbeurs Utrecht are well indicated at the highway around Utrecht. The signs lead you to the spacious parking area around the Jaarbeurs. Parking at P2 and P4 you pay €24,00 for a day ticket (daily rate on site €28,00) or €4,40 per hour. Please note that P1 + P3 are not available.
Avoid queues and reserve a parking space online. Enter your license plate number and drive in and out contactless.

how much does a ticket cost?
The ticket prices are still unknown. Keep an eye on the website for more information.
Can I pay in cash or by pin?
It is not possible to pay in cash at Vakantiebeurs. You can only pay by pin. This also applies to the cloakroom (€2.50).

Are pets allowed?
Although we are very fond of animals, you are only allowed to bring your assistance dog(s) to the Vakantiebeurs.

You can exchange your voucher for a ticket and collect it at the Vacation Fair Specials counter just past the entrance.
I have purchased a voucher for a printed map, where do I collect my map?
You can exchange your voucher for a map and collect it at the Vacation Fair Specials counter just past the entrance.
I have purchased a voucher for the Food Tour, where do I collect my route map?
You can exchange your voucher for a route map and collect it at the Vacation Fair Specials counter just past the entrance. Show the route map at the participating exhibitors and receive your snack and/or drink!
