Preparing for The GetAway

The next edition of The GetAway by Vakantiebeurs will take place from January 7–10, 2027, at Jaarbeurs in Utrecht.

How do I prepare as a participant at The GetAway?

First of all, we’re thrilled that you’ll be participating in The GetAway! We’re happy to help you prepare. You’ll receive an email from your contact at Jaarbeurs with unique login credentials for MyJaarbeurs. There, you’ll find all the necessary information in one convenient place.

What are the visitor hours for The GetAway?

The event is open to visitors during the following hours:

January 7, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
January 8, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
January 9 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
January 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What do I need to know about setup and takedown?

Setup

Via Route EB (P2, Truus van Lierlaan, Utrecht)

for self-built booths Monday, January 4, 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday, January 5, 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Wednesday, January 6, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.*

Jaarbeurs Booth Construction
Setup: Wednesday, January 6, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.*

* On January 6, cars are not permitted in the halls at any time during the day. However, you may park near the halls and unload your car. You must bring your own carts, etc., for this purpose.

PLEASE NOTE: Register your vehicle on time via the VRS (Vehicle Registration System)

Dismantling

Book your flight at a discount

Participants in The GetAway can now enjoy a 10% discount on flights with Air France or KLM between December 31, 2026, and January 17, 2027.
