Travel Trade Days

Vakantiebeurs is the biggest travel event of the year, known at home and abroad for more than 50 years. It serves as a platform for industry professionals, travel companies and tourists to come together and explore different travel opportunities. Vakantiebeurs is part of the Dutch Travel Week. During Dutch Travel Week, Utrecht is "the center of the world" for a week.

Expand your professional network, engage with the travel industry and strengthen important business relationships. These days provide opportunities for travel agents, tour operators, hoteliers, airlines and other travel-related businesses to connect, discuss collaborations and close deals.

Delve into current trends and developments, attend interesting sessions on our main stage and in theaters, and gain new knowledge and inspiration. Travel Trade Days include a series of lectures and workshops on travel trends, industry insights and best practices. Attending these sessions is an excellent way to gain knowledge, exchange ideas and network with industry experts.

Come to the center of the travel industry, where you will find numerous organizations and locals from different countries in one place; destinations, travel agents, airlines, hotels, tour operators and other travel-related companies from around the world. This diverse mix of exhibitors allows you, the visitor, to explore travel opportunities on a global scale.

At 10:30 am, everyone is welcome to attend the official opening of Vakantiebeurs 2025! This will take place in on the main stage of the Dutch Travel Week Festival. Don't miss this festive moment, the beginning of 5 days full of inspiration!

As usual, at the end of the day there will be the Travel Trade Day drinks are at Speys restaurant, sponsored by TravMagazine-TravelPro. End the day with your fellow pro­fes­sion­als while enjoying fun music, tasty drinks and delicious snacks starting at 5:00 pm!

During Trade Days, our theaters are bursting with activities to share knowledge, trends and innovations. Expect engaging speakers like the ANVR, interesting sessions from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a compelling story from Baja Bikes on how to differentiate yourself through customer satisfaction.

In hall 11 you will find the meeting lounge where you can meet with other pro­fes­sion­als in the tourism industry. Make an appointment in advance by using the app, so you will be sure that a table is reserved for you. Your table has the name of a country within one of the continents.
