How do I prepare as a participant at The GetAway?

What are the visitor hours for The GetAway?

The event is open to visitors during the following hours:

January 7, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
January 8, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
January 9 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
January 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Discount on your flight

Are you traveling to The GetAway from abroad? Thanks to our partnership with KLM and Air France, as an exhibitor you’ll receive a 10% discount on your flight. The discount is valid for travel between December 31, 2026, and January 17, 2027.

What do I need to know about setup and takedown?

Setup

for self-built booths Monday, January 4, 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday, January 5, 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Wednesday, January 6, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.*

Jaarbeurs Booth Construction
Setup: Wednesday, January 6, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.*

* On January 6, cars are not permitted in the halls at any time during the day. However, you may park near the halls and unload your car. You must bring your own carts, etc., for this purpose.

Dismantling

Parking

The VRS system will not be used. You may therefore decide for yourself when to arrive, as long as it is within the specified setup or teardown times. It is not necessary to provide license plate numbers or arrival times. If you expect to need more than one to two hours to load or unload next to the hall, you must request permission in advance through your account manager. In that case, you must also provide the relevant license plate numbers.
