The next edition of the Vakantiebeurs will take place from January 8 to 11, 2026 in Jaarbeurs, Utrecht. We, the team of Vakantiebeurs, are looking forward to welcome you live.

Preparation for Vakantiebeurs

We greatly appreciate having you as a participant at Vakantiebeurs and allowing us to host you. We are happy to help you prepare. Through your contact at Jaarbeurs you will receive an email containing unique login information for My Jaarbeurs.

What is My Jaarbeurs?
My Jaarbeurs allows you to prepare your participation quickly and efficiently. You will find all the necessary information in one place and there is an Exhibitor Checklist ready for you. Here is an overview of what you can find within My Jaarbeurs:

Setup & breakdown

Setup In-house booth construction:
Monday, January 5: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday, January 6: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Wednesday, January 7: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.*

Setting up Jaarbeurs booths/pavilions:
Wednesday, January 7: 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.*

*Attention: Cars are not allowed in the halls during the entire day. However, you can park at the halls and unload your car. You need to bring your own carts etc. for this

Dismantling
Self-built booth:
Sunday, January 11: 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Monday, January 12: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Jaarbeurs Booth Construction/Pavilions:
Sunday, January 11: 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Exhibitor access during the fair
January 8 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
January 9 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
