The next edition of the Vakantiebeurs will take place from 10 to 14 January 2024 in Jaarbeurs, Utrecht. We, the Vakantiebeurs team, are very much looking forward to welcoming you live.

Relationship Event Friday Evening
On Friday, January 12th, 2024, there will be an evening opening from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. This evening opening is exclusive to your business partners/relationships. You can invite 5 business partners/relationships per 5m2, and you will receive codes for this purpose through your account manager. These codes can be used by your business partners/relationships to obtain access.
You can organize a reception at your booth. The reception can be purchased through the MyJaarbeurs Webshop. For a Full-Service Experience or any questions, our colleagues Michelle, Astrid, and Eveline from the Hospitality department are available. You can reach them at Hospitality@jaarbeurs.nl.
We would like to conclude the evening together at the Dutch Travel Week Festival in Hall 10. Between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM, Vakantiebeurs will provide an exciting finale.
